I have a deep affection for the beach and find solace by the water's edge whenever possible. It's a trait I've inherited, given that my father hails from a coastal region, and my mother is originally from the West Indies.
One of my cherished Spanish hideaways to seek tranquility is Calla Grandella in Xàbia. This small beach town is simply fantastic, with its seemingly undiscovered, beautiful beach.
