Roble Red


Our IYLIA Roble red wine comes from the Mediterranean coast, where the rocky soil and abundant sunshine work together to encourage the bold blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo and Merlot grapes to grow and thrive. These grapes are known for an intense earthy flavor accompanied by lusciously dark fruits and berries, perfect for a full-bodied, complex red wine. We carefully select the best grapes during harvesting and then further enhance this flavor profile by aging the wine for 24 months in American oak barrels. The end result is a luxuriously smooth, bold wine, reminiscent of ripe fruits and oak.
