IYLIA Monastrell Rosé hails from the Valencian region of Spain, crafted by a family-owned winery with millennia of traditional winemaking expertise. This exquisite wine is made from the Monastrell grape variety, also known by its French synonym, Mourvèdre. A thick-skinned red grape, Monastrell boasts a full body and an intense yet elegant flavor profile.

We chose this vibrant grape for its beautifully refined taste. By carefully controlling the temperature during the fermentation process, we’ve preserved the luscious black fruit flavors of plum, cherry, raspberry, and strawberry. This meticulous process also enhances the grape’s natural aroma, highlighting and elevating the strength and complexity of every sip. The result is a wine with a truly stunning and refined flavor.
