While pouring my heart into shaping IYLIA into something extraordinary, I had this lightbulb moment about three years ago while in Spain during the pandemic. It dawned on me to explore the non-alcoholic market to see what was out there. I was pretty underwhelmed by the options.

As someone who appreciates excellent gastronomy, I found that the non-alcoholic beverage offerings lacked the depth and complexity of their alcoholic counterparts.

I was determined to make our non-alcoholic series truly special. Bringing this product to life was challenging...

We went through multiple facilities and faced challenges, especially in Europe, where the concept of non-alcoholic beverages isn't well understood. But finally, this year, we nailed it, and it's been an absolute thrill.

We're launching IYLIA Premium Rosé Non-Alcoholic Sparkling officially (in the United States) on May 15, 2024! What makes this product so fantastic is that it delivers all the elements and textures of a sparkling wine, minus the alcohol. It's a delight—with body, texture from the bubbles, and a clean, smooth finish. It's something truly unique, and it's for everyone to enjoy.
